After being so spoilt riding in the vast resort of Vail, Colorado at Christmas, I wasn’t sure whether a European resort could contend, but the brilliant school in Arinsal, the friendly atmosphere everywhere, the Pal side of the Arinsal mountain resort, and in particular – the resort of Arcalis – made for the best boarding and the most enjoyable of any holiday for years! Not to mention free cheese toasties every night as you come off the mountain…
Progressing with switch and tricks might’ve helped too. What a fantastic holiday – not even spoilt by the crap buffet food in the Princesa Park Hotel.
